Miles Conservation Art (MCA) is a solo artistic venture by environmental engineer and artist, Miles Critchley-Hope. MCA’s purpose is to create unique art by combining an original artistic aesthetic with environmental themes. With experience working in conservation and ecology and a young, but confident, artistic practice, MCA offers an intriguing expression regarding the relationships between humanity, wildlife and the land on which they depend. The SYMBIOSIS project, so far, is the first of its kind. Whilst solely focusing on terrestrial species, MCA plans to expand it to include marine species in the future.
