Abdulaziz Essa Bin Redha is the Founder and CEO of HyveGeo, a UAE-based ClimateTech company pioneering large-scale desert greening and carbon removal solutions. Through advanced biochar, microbial, and pyrolysis technologies, HyveGeo aims to terraform arid landscapes for sustainable food systems and remove 1 gigaton of CO₂ by 2045 to cool our planet.

Abdulaziz’s work bridges science, technology, and policy, creating regenerative ecosystems that enhance soil health, water retention, and food security. His mission is deeply rooted in the UAE’s vision for sustainability and the legacy of stewardship towards nature.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Abdulaziz contributes to Executive Education at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, where he teaches circular economy and sustainability strategy.
