Description de la séance
According to CBD/COP/Decision 16/10 adopted at COP 16, UNESCO, IPBES, GYBN and other relevant organisations are invited to develop a global plan of action for education on biodiversity (GPAEB). The decision encourages parties to integrate communications, education and public awareness (CEPA) into NBSAPs and to ensure that education contributes to implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (KMGBF). This session invites key stakeholders to interactive discussion to deepen understanding of how education serves conservation, sustainable use and equity. Participants - in structured discussions - will provide suggestions for creating an effective and transformative Global Plan.Organised by
