Pourquoi participer

Come and join these challenging and difficult conversations about systems of power and resourcing that can often seem beyond the mandate or influence of conservation actors. Come and contribute ideas for improving how conservation is financed.

Description de la séance

A series of conversations exploring the relationship between financing and conservation, including indirect drivers of biodiversity and nature loss linked to economic and financial systems, and extraction. We will invite IPBES Transformative Change authors to present their analysis and narrow in on the blue economy and on nature markets to explore relationships between financing and conservation. The final dialogue will look at where conservation is financed from now, and where we need to focus to drive improved conservation through economic and financial actions.
