I am co-founder of Czech Organics, where I focus on applied research, advisory services, and knowledge transfer in organic and sustainable farming. My work connects farmers, researchers, and policymakers, with an emphasis on soil health, crop rotations, carbon farming, and biodiversity. I also coordinate and participate in multi-actor projects at national and European levels and serve as an accredited advisor of the Czech Ministry of Agriculture for organic farming. Since 2024 I am coordinating the first agricultural Living Lab in Czech Republic focused on organic farming, climate change, biodiversity loss and food security.
