Pourquoi participer

Join the launch of Wildlife Protection Map (WPM), a new initiative using modular, targeted storytelling to raise awareness for critically endangered species. We’ll introduce our first case study, the Southern Right Whale (Chile Subpopulation), and show how storytelling is driving new partnerships to protect the ocean’s most overlooked wildlife.

Description de la séance

This session marks the official launch of the Wildlife Protection Map (WPM), a new initiative co-developed by Plastic Oceans International and Socialbnb to increase awareness of critically endangered species often overlooked in mainstream conservation. Using modular and targeted storytelling, WPM combines scientific data with audience-specific narratives to drive awareness and action where it’s most needed. Our first case study focuses on the Southern Right Whale (Chile/Peru subpopulation), one of the most endangered marine mammal groups in the world. We’ll present the species' current conservation gaps, and how we are using storytelling to develop the right partnerships needed to bridge those gaps.
