KOMKRIT SETBUBPHA is a forestry technical officer at the specialist level.
He is currently serving as a director of the research and innovation development division at the national park office of the Department of National Parks, Wildlife, and Plant Conservation (DNP) in Thailand. He earned a bachelor’s degree in forestry and a master’s degree in forest management and administration from Kasetsart University, Thailand. With over 26 years of working experience, he has worked and engaged in various activities in conservation and management in protected areas. He was also chosen to be the leader of several projects. He, moreover, has joined several training programmes both in the country and abroad. Regarding his milestone dedication, this led him to become a specialist in national park management plans and research relevant to supporting the richness and potential of protected areas. Furthermore, he regionally collaborates with ASEAN countries as an ASEAN heritage park committee in Thailand. His vision is to continually learn and contribute to nature conservation for a better future.
