I am currently the President of the Cambodia Indigenous Youth Association (CIYA) from April 2025 to the present. Previously, I served as a Project Officer at the Cambodia Indigenous Peoples Organization from 2021 to 2024 and worked as an Intern Assistant with Cambodian Youth Networks from 2021 to 2022. In these roles, I focused on advocating for indigenous youth to access higher education, promoting youth-led projects and initiatives, and empowering young people to protect indigenous culture, land, and natural resources in Cambodia. Additionally, I am an academic fellow with the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI), a member of the Youth Council for Asia Young Indigenous Peoples Networks (AYIPN), and a young leader for YPAT-UNICEF Cambodia since 2022.
My key achievements has been my election as President of CIYA, where I have contributed my knowledge and experience to indigenous youth and the community. This role has allowed me to design new projects aimed at empowering youths in both rural and urban areas. Through these projects, indigenous youths have gained knowledge of their heritage, developed new soft skills through various courses, and mobilized networks across the country, resulting in a number of indigenous youths graduating from university. Furthermore, the youth have actively engaged in protecting indigenous peoples' rights, land, and natural resources within CIYA's target areas.eas.
