Brief Introduction of
Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abdulaziz Al Naafa,
Prof. Mohammed AlNaafa holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia. He later pursued his Ph.D. in the same field at the Colorado School of Mines, USA.
Over the course of his career, Prof. AlNaafa has held several academic and administrative positions, including ,Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at Hail University, also had the privilege of serving as the first Acting Rector of the University, where he played a key role in shaping its academic directions and institutional foundations.
Later, he was appointed as Vice Rector at Hafr Albatin University to further contributing to the advancement of higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia. Alongside leadership roles, he has made significant research contributions in Chemical Engineering, Environmental remediation, and sustainable resource management, focusing on innovative solutions to regional environmental and industrial challenges.
currently, Prof. Mohammed AlNaafa is serving as the Executive President Advisor & General Supervisor for Terrestrial Remediation & Restoration Projects at the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development & Combating Desertification, Saudi Arabia.
