The insular Caribbean is facing an unprecedented ecological and social crisis. Despite its natural and cultural richness, the region suffers the impacts of climate change, pollution, and phenomena such as sargassum, which affect marine ecosystems, public health, and the economy. Rising sea levels are causing the loss of beaches and coastal communities, while increasingly intense hurricanes exacerbate the situation. This crisis directly affects food security, access to safe drinking water, and human health, generating new instances of displacement. In this context, the organization Para la Naturaleza makes an urgent call for international cooperation to restore ecosystems, strengthen climate resilience, and empower local communities. Although the scenario is severe, there is still hope through concrete actions such as reforestation, coastal protection, and coral restoration.Organised by
