Description de la séance
The challenges of climate change, nature loss, and humanitarian crises are deeply interconnected, requiring integrated and cross-sectoral responses. This session convenes donors, humanitarian, development, and conservation actors to showcase how partnerships can deliver people-centered and nature-positive action. Building on proven models such as the Sphere Unpacked Guide on Nature-based Solutions for Climate Resilience in Humanitarian Action, the discussion will highlight leadership from the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and donor commitments from Global Affairs Canada. By aligning priorities and sharing practical experiences, participants will explore scalable models for co-investment that enhance resilience, protect ecosystems, and strengthen social inclusion. Speakers include Armenia’s First Lady Anna Hakobyan, Nena Stojakovic (IFRC), and Kerry Max (Global Affairs Canada). The session aims to catalyse partnerships that bridge climate, nature, and people to achieve transformative, long-term impact.Organized by
