his session shifts from capacity to financial architecture, exploring how Conservation Trust Funds (CTFs) can reach scale and durability through co-financing and de-risking by multilateral and bilateral partners. Speakers will unpack governance features that underpin trust and performance, and present concrete cases where blended finance and structured partnerships have expanded conservation impact.
