Stefanie VERMAESEN

Stefanie Vermaesen is Group Sustainability Director for Nature at dsm-firmenich where she is responsible for developing and implementing their Nature Program. Stefanie has over 15 years of experience working in sustainability. Prior to joining dsm-firmenich, she was head of sustainability at Nature’s Pride and Berries Pride, a European importer of exotic fruits & vegetables as well as chairwoman for Sustainability Initiative Fruits and Vegetables (SIFAV) for which she co-developed their program with the aim to accelerate sustainable change in the fruits and vegetables sector. Before that she worked at UTZ Certified (now Rainforest Alliance) and she started her career as a management consultant at Accenture.
