Effective storytelling bridges the gap between technical scientific knowledge and public engagement, making complex ideas accessible, relatable, and impactful. Scientific knowledge holds immense power, but its impact is often lost in technical jargon. This interactive workshop equips participants with the skills to transform complex conservation science into compelling, relatable stories that inspire action. Through hands-on exercises, participants will explore the psychology of storytelling, break down scientific concepts, and craft narratives that engage diverse audiences. They will learn to weave data into emotionally compelling stories, craft their stories for clarity and impact, and receive peer feedback. The final segment allows participants to present and submit their crafted stories. Whether communicating research, advocating for conservation policies, or engaging communities, this session empowers participants to use storytelling as a tool for change, bridging science and society in meaningful ways.Organised by
