My expertise lies in integrating the ecological and economic dimensions of marine resource management. Over the course of my career, I have served in diverse roles as project manager, UN officer, and researcher. Holding a Ph.D. in Fisheries Economics, an MBA, and an MSc in Environmental Science, I combine a strong academic foundation with extensive practical experience.
I have worked across Europe, the Gulf States, Southeast Asia, North Africa, the Near East, and the Pacific, focusing on fisheries assessment, management, and policy. My work bridges science and practice, translating complex concepts into implementable strategies. I have authored numerous scientific papers, technical reports, and handbooks that contribute to advancing sustainable fisheries management globally.
