To support your travel to and from the Congress, airport and hotel transfers will be available through our official partner, GD+. Participants can book transfers directly on their website at their own expense for the period 5–18 October 2025.
In line with our sustainability commitments, we strongly encourage participants to opt for group transfers whenever possible. GD+ will coordinate consolidated transfers based on arrivals and departures to reduce environmental impact and ensure efficient transport.
