Anne MEADEB

Biography

Anne Meadeb has been leading the endowment fund Play for Nature since early 2025. She holds an MBA in Management and Business Administration from the Sorbonne and first built her career as an entrepreneur and business unit director in the commercial sector. Joining Play for Nature marked a turning point: she now devotes her expertise to protecting endangered biodiversity.

An entrepreneur at heart, passionate about sport and collective engagement, Anne embraces a positive and innovative approach where everyone can become an agent of change.

For her, embodying Play for Nature’s sporting DNA is a natural fit, fueled by a strong conviction in the unique role of sport in our societies. She firmly believes that sport can raise awareness in a positive way and serve as a powerful driver of concrete action. She also stands by the idea that there are no small levers or minor initiatives—every conservation actor has a role to play in protecting biodiversity.

At the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Congress, Anne represents the voice of the projects supported by Play for Nature—initiatives that are committed every day to safeguarding endangered species and ecosystems.
