Celia LE RAVALLEC

Biography

Célia Le Ravallec is a specialist in international cooperation and biodiversity conservation, with more than 15 years of experience in designing and coordinating complex multi-stakeholder projects and initiatives. She has led ambitious regional initiatives bringing together governments, donors, research institutions and NGOs, with recognized expertise in building expert networks, mobilizing significant funding, and translating scientific results into strategic frameworks. Her career has contributed to the development of regional and international policies on ocean and biodiversity protection, notably within the UNEP-MAP-RAC/SPA in Tunisia and ACCOBAMS in Monaco, where she managed flagship projects on Mediterranean marine biodiversity. She is currently Senior Advisor to the IUCN Global Director of Strategic Partnerships, responsible for steering and promoting the France–IUCN Partnership.
