She began her career as a primate researcher with expertise in interpreting data and transforming it into compelling narratives. A graduate of Provision for Leaders, a leadership program supported by the Packard Foundation, she now serves as the Head of Secretariat of Lingkar Temu Kabupaten Lestari (LTKL) for the 2023–2026 period. In this role, she is responsible for leading LTKL through its “Grow” and development phase, formulating frameworks and strategies to expand LTKL’s reach through a jurisdictional approach in order to contribute to Indonesia’s 2030 goals (SDGs). With more than eight years of experience, she has designed and managed initiatives that engage multi-sector stakeholders to overcome barriers across issues such as biodiversity and sustainable development, particularly at the district level.
