Oumou DICKO

Ms. Oumou Dicko is a young Malian leader committed to human rights advocacy and environmental protection. As President of AJDHPE, she works to promote education, youth and women’s empowerment, and climate resilience. She is an alumna of the SUSI Young Women Leaders 2022 program and is pursuing a Master’s in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development. She has represented African youth at major international forums such as COP 28, COP 29, and COP 16 on Biodiversity.
