Meshal ALHARBI

Biography


Dr. Meshal Abdullah Alharbi is the Director General of the Rangelands Administration at the National Center for Vegetation Cover and Combating Desertification (NCVC). He earned his Ph.D. from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia and has extensive expertise in natural resource management and environmental conservation.
Dr. Meshal has held several leadership roles in both governmental and private institutions dedicated to environmental preservation. He has played a key role in developing national strategies and has a distinguished record of designing and executing innovative programs and projects that promote the sustainability of natural resources. He has also been actively involved in numerous national and international initiatives aimed at addressing climate change challenges and conserving biodiversity.
With a career marked by a blend of scientific knowledge and practical leadership, Dr. Meshal is recognized as a leading figure in the management and development of rangelands.
