Claudia S. de Windt. International lawyer and expert in political sciences with significant and practical operations, business and advisory experience in the field of sustainable development, climate and environmental social governance (ESG). Chief Executive and founder of the InterAmerican Institute on Justice and Sustainability (IIJS, LLC) responsible for oversight and strategy at the board and executive level, leading efforts on rule of law, sustainability frameworks compliance, corporate ESG risks, accountability, finance, transnational interoperability, and capacity building. Areas of expertise include, rule of law and environmental justice, human rights, climate change, natural resources, water and biodiversity, sustainable finance, development projects and multistakeholder processes.
