Biography

Norah Kimathi is a 22-year-old multi-award-winning entrepreneur whose ventures in assistive robotics, climate innovation, and inclusive education are 
reshaping the future of Africa’s innovation ecosystem. In her mission to empower every dream, she co-founded Zerobionic, where she is pioneering the build of sign language humanoid robots using recycled plastics for the hearing impaired in Africa. Beyond Zerobionic, Norah is a two-time founder and systems-level thinker who bridges local action with global challenges from climate resilience to inclusive education. She is now working alongside the African Union to advance innovation that addresses both environmental and social inequities, positioning her as one of the youngest voices shaping accessibility and sustainability agendas on the continent.
