In most countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia it is still not easy building a career in nature conservation. In this session you can hear about examples from Serbia, Georgia and Uzbekistan, with three young professionals sharing how have they found their own paths, what helped them and what could be improved to enable more equal opportunities.
