Why attend

This session will explore how national stakeholders, associations and businesses are working in a collaborative manner to push forward private sector practices in favor of biodiversity.

Session Description

Businesses have a major role to play in avoiding and reducing their impacts on biodiversity and, beyond that, in actively contributing to the protection and restoration of ecosystems. The French Committee of the IUCN has been working since 2008 to strengthen their involvement in biodiversity, through partnerships and participation in national and international initiatives such as Act4Nature International or Entreprises engagés pour la nature.
