Guillaume GIGOT

Biography

Head of the Conservation Unit at PatriNat (OFB-MNHN), which develops programmes to support nature conservation policies. Works within a multidisciplinary team to assess for example the conservation status of habitats and living species in France. Overseas representative, coordinator of a cross-functional mission to support stakeholders in the territories concerned on biodiversity expertise issues. 
President of the NGO Resilience Now since 2012, which leads projects to support local communities facing environmental crises, particularly in Africa.
