Session Description

This event will promote the first component of the EU Global Ocean Programme, aiming at enhancing states capacities to conserve high seas biodiversity. This event feature the newly launched IUCN Technical Assistance Facility, and raise awareness on the opportunities for states and regional organizations to receive assistance and engage more broadly with the Global Ocean Programme. This event will showcase the strength of IUCN, as a Union, to meet the challenge of protecting high seas biodiversity.
