In this talk, we highlight the technological advances achieved through a collaboration between Ekthar experts and Khalifa University researchers in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence. We explore AI applications in conservation, from species identification to behavioural classification, and showcase the development of HuBot, a biomimetic bird robot that integrates AI tools for conducting non-invasive studies of avian populations.
