Soma KATIYAR

Soma Katiyar is Executive Creative Director at BBC Media Action, where she turns ideas into action, transforming complex development and climate challenges into campaigns that shift culture and create real impact. Her work, recognised at Cannes, the Festival of Media, GSMA for Good, and the Global Health Awards, blends insight with creativity to move people and spark change.

Beyond the office, Soma tends a local urban food forest and is developing KAKATUA – Waste to Colours, a personal climate project that repurposes discarded greens and flowers into sustainable pigments—reimagining waste as a palette for a greener planet. She is based in New Delhi.
