Alain Sandy Liva RAHARIJAONA

Biography

Alain Liva Raharijaona is a professional in economics, international trade, and biodiversity finance. He held notable positions as Economic Counselor at the Embassy of Madagascar in Brussels, non-permanent advisor to the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Trade, and Chairman & CEO of industrial groups. 

He also served as Executive Director of the Foundation for Protected Areas and Biodiversity of Madagascar (FAPBM), where he advanced sustainable financing for conservation. Alain Liva holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne and a postgraduate diploma in Management from the University of Paris IX – Dauphine. He is now the Team Lead for the SPACES program.
