Sharing the vision of making responsible business the new normal, Nadège Nzoyem joined Rainforest Alliance in October 2014 to pursue her passion of protecting forests and biodiversity while improving the livelihoods of local communities and help them mitigate and adapt to climate change. As Senior Director for Programs, Nadège Nzoyem provides strategic, technical, and institutional leadership for high-performing teams in West and Central Africa. Motivated by 21 years of experience in the field of sustainable production practices in agriculture and forestry, she leads integrated programs design, implements high-quality standards, and builds partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, especially producers, civil society organizations, corporations, and governments. Nadège Nzoyem has a degree in forest, water & wildlife engineering from the University of Dschang completed by a MSc in forestry from the University of Bangor and several executive short courses in leadership, project management and sustainable production.
