Biography

Leny Dwihastuty, S.Pi., M.Si, is a Senior Marine and Coastal Ecosystem Manager at Indonesia’s Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. With nearly two decades of experience, she has led initiatives on marine conservation, blue carbon, and marine protected areas. Leny has represented Indonesia in various international fora, including the Blue Carbon+ Workshop in Sydney, benchmarking MPAs in Sabah Parks, and CTI-CFF Ministerial Meetings. She holds a Master’s degree in Coastal and Marine Resource Management from Bogor Agricultural Institute and continues to contribute as a speaker and panelist on marine ecosystem sustainability across Southeast Asia.
