Biography
Forestry engineer. Graduated from the Higher School of Agricultural Sciences at the University of Antananarivo, Madagascar. I currently work at the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of Madagascar as the National Focal Point for the Convention on Biological Diversity.
