Rodgers LUBILO

Biografía

Dr Lubilo holds a PhD in wildlife conservation and community based natural resources management (CBNRM from Wageningen University, The Netherlands ). MSc in  Conservation and Rural Development from DICE- University of Kent, England. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Unicaf University Zambia, Diploma in Natural Resources Management. He has been trained in other managerial fields including conflict management. He has over 25 years of experience in conservation work in Southern Africa. He is currently a Director at Zambia CBNRM Association, Chairperson for Zambia CBNRM Forum, and Community Leaders Network of Southern Africa Chairperson. He specializes in institutions, governance, policy and benefit sharing and advocate of community rights to natural resources.
