Biografía

Dr. Allam is a highly experienced Water Resources and Hydrology Expert with 15 years of experience in Lebanon and the Mediterranean Region. He holds a PhD in hydrology, where he studied Mediterranean watersheds and developed a strong skill set in hydrological characterization and classification. His expertise in this field is critical for understanding future water balance trends under climate change scenarios and the selection of the most suitable models for modeling purposes.

In addition to his research background, Dr. Allam has acquired a wealth of professional experience in water engineering, specifically in the areas of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), Rivers Hydrology, Floodplain Management, Dams Projects, Stormwater Drainage Design, Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Studies, Solid Waste and Landfill Management. He is well-versed in the various phases of design, including preliminary and detailed design, and has significant experience in feasibility studies and the preparation of tender documents.

Dr. Allam's extensive experience in the water engineering field makes him a valuable asset to any consulting team.
