João Paulo de Faria SANTOS

Biografía

João Paulo de Faria Santos, Brazilian, Legal Adviser to the Ministry of Social Development and Assistance, Family and Fight Against Hunger, and Attorney of the Union. Holds a Ph.D. in Economic Law and Political Economy from the University of São Paulo (2021) and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Brasília (2008). Served in multiple federal ministries, including as Coordinator-General of Legal Affairs and Director of the National Environment Council at the Ministry of the Environment (2013–2014) and Chief Legal Adviser of the Ministry of Agrarian Development (2015–2016). University professor in Civil, Constitutional, Environmental, Agrarian, and Urban Law, with teaching experience at University of Brasília and Federal University of Pará. Currently serves as a professor in the PostGraduate Program in Agrarian Law at the Federal University of Goiás.
