MATTHEW GRIFFITHS

Biografía

Matthew Griffiths is a Senior Programme Manager working in the OECD’s Environment Directorate. He works on water and wastewater policy reform with a focus on the Eurasia region and is leading a new project on the energy-water-land use nexus transformation in Central Asia. 

Prior to joining the OECD, Matthew worked for the Regulation and Supervision Bureau, the independent utility regulator in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He led teams working on the development of the first regulatory framework for promoting safe and sustainable wastewater reuse and was responsible for reviewing capital investment programmes and providing advice on matters such as water efficiency, customer service, tariffs and sector resilience.
