Biografía
Mohamed Kamuna is the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Wildlife Management Areas Consortium (CWMAC) in Tanzania. He leads national efforts to strengthen community-led conservation, enhance governance of Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs), and promote climate resilience and sustainable livelihoods for local communities. Mohamed is also a conservation leadership scholar with a strong background in advocacy, partnerships, and strategy development for biodiversity protection. His work focuses on uniting communities, government, and stakeholders to achieve lasting impact for people and nature
