Peeranuch Dulkul Kappelle (Pat)

With over 30 years of experience as a technical forest officer within Thailand’s Department of National Parks, Pat has dedicated her career to advancing both terrestrial and marine protected area management and strengthening conservation systems across Thailand. Her work spans international cooperation, ecotourism management, and public engagement in park governance. She is dedicated to strengthening the ranger profession, helping ensure rangers can work effectively and safely in often challenging environments. Pat is an active member of the International Ranger Federation (IRF) Asia Region, and is committed to supporting ranger professionalism and community-centered conservation across the region.
