The session will disseminate effective strategies and invite audience participation to shape future conservation effort.
Session Description
This interactive 2-hour session will bring together 4 panelists from leading conservation organizations to share key lessons from over four decades of giant panda conservation. Each panelist will deliver a 15-minute multimedia presentation covering habitat restoration, breeding programs, policy advancements, and ecological research. Instead of a traditional Q&A, we will use facilitated world cafe breakout discussions where attendees can share insights and explore how these conservation strategies can be adapted for other species. The session will conclude with a structured discussion to synthesize key takeaways and brainstorm on how conservation organizations can integrate these lessons and deliver conservation outcome.
