This session marks the launch of the Urban Nature-based Solutions (NbS) Guidelines, developed by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). Designed to support urban policymakers, planners, and stakeholders, the guidelines offer a comprehensive, user-friendly framework for integrating NbS into urban development to address climate risks, biodiversity loss, and social inequalities.Participants will gain insights into practical strategies for scaling and implementing NbS in diverse urban contexts, learn from real-world success stories, and explore opportunities for collaboration.
