In the face of biodiversity collapse, climate disruption, and food insecurity, regenerative agriculture offers a systems-level solution. Yet without clarity on what success looks like, efforts risk fragmentation and greenwashing. This session combines high-impact storytelling with interactive discussion. A lightning panel will ground the Regen10 Outcomes Framework for regenerative agriculture in lived experience, bringing both credibility and urgency to the conversation. Participants will then be invited to engage directly with the panel, exploring the relevance and usability of an Outcomes Framework in their own contexts. Together, participants will identify opportunities and barriers for adoption and connect the Regen10 Outcomes Framework to their own priorities: What does this mean for me, and the decisions I make? The session closes with a synthesis of insights, ensuring contributions feed directly into Regen10’s Outcomes Framework and regenerative agriculture narrative work, while also equipping participants with practical takeaways to advance regenerative outcomes in their own contexts.Organised by
