Yang-Chien Chang

Mr Yang-Chien Wim Chang (張楊乾) is CEO of the Delta Electronics Foundation. He has represented Delta at UNFCCC COP13-28, CBD COP16, and other forums, building bridges between academia, NGOs, and corporate ESG networks. Since 2020, he has spearheaded the Delta Coral Restoration Program, which combines AI, robotics, and international collaboration to restore and conserve coral biodiversity across different areas. With the support of Delta Electronics, Mr Chang often emphasises technology’s role in accelerating ecological resilience and global sustainability solutions to the public.
