Why attend

We want to hear from you, the IUCN membership, about how you see corporate and government contributions can contribute to nature positive and the KMGBF, and how metrics can bring everyone's contributions together. Sign up for this session

Session Description

Delivery of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework is essential to maintaining the future of biodiversity on earth- and contributions need to come from across society. However, companies have not hitherto had a means to identify and deliver contributions- and it is not clear what their motivation to do so might be. Round table discussions with representatives from companies, investors, foundations will give IUCN members the space to explore their motivations, and opportunities to collaborate. We'll hear from the Nature Positive Initiative about how metrics can bring everyone's contributions together, and about the new IUCN RHINO approach, which provides a means for companies to formulate and deliver quantified outcomes to the KMGBF.
