Manal Bahman is the Chief Operations Officer of Emirates Nature–WWF, where she shapes strategy, governance, and operations to accelerate high-impact nature and climate action across the UAE and the wider region. Bringing nearly twenty years of multifaceted executive experience, including over seven years dedicated to environmental conservation, she unites business discipline with ecological vision to deliver measurable outcomes for people and planet. Manal also advises institutions and individuals across the region and mentors emerging leaders. A Kuwaiti national raised in the UAE, she previously held senior executive posts in the UAE, spanning commerce, real estate, distribution, trade, and logistics. Her extensive global exposure—living and working in Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Tunisia, —enables her to forge partnerships across cultures and continents.
