Biography
Mr. Rinah Razafindrabe is the Director General of Environmental Governance within the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development. He has 20 years of experience in the field of natural resource management and Sustainable Development. Having to deal with various international conventions including CITES, RAMSAR and the CBD in Madagascar, he heads the department for the implementation of state policies, such as zero tolerance against wildlife trafficking. He is also the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Madagascar National Parks, which manages the largest AP network in Madagascar.
