Biography

Femy Pinto is an international development professional with more than 2 decades of field and management experience in integrated conservation and development, community-based natural resource/NTFP management, sustainable livelihoods and community enteprises, indigenous peoples rights,  social and environmental justice movements and civil society building. Key skills and competencies in strategic and program management, organizational and program development, sustainable livelihood analysis, impact monitoring and evaluation, grants and partnership management, communications and advocacy, networking, team development and management. Countries of work experience in Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Lao PDR, Philippines, United States and Zimbabwe.

Holds bachelors degrees in Communication Arts and Marketing Management from the Philippines, and masters degrees in International Development and International Affairs from the United States. 

Currently Executive Director at the Non Timber Forest Products Exchange Programme- Asia based in the Philippines.
