Orsibal Eliú RAMÌREZ CARDONA

Biography

Orsibal Ramírez Cardona is a Forest Engineer with over 15 years of experience in integrated water resources management, forest landscape restoration, watershed management, and ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA). He holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Agriculture and Natural Resources Management. He currently serves as a Technical Officer (Specialist in Integrated Watershed Management) at the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).

He has contributed as a co-author to technical publications related to forest landscape restoration and watershed management within IUCN projects. He has also co-authored several key publications in collaboration between IUCN and the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED), focusing on ecosystem-based adaptation in Central America.
