Karim HAGGAR

Biography

Dr. Karim Haggar, WCPA member and IUCN Congress ambassador, is a Senior Advisor at Roland Berger, where he focuses on nature conservation and biodiversity, with a broader emphasis on ESG, sustainability and circularity strategies.

Beyond consulting, Karim is an angel investor and mentor to green and social entrepreneurs. He is also a passionate nature travel blogger and the co-founder of an award-winning sustainable and educational travel company previously based in Canada, which organized expeditions in more than 30 countries across five continents.

Karim holds a PhD in Strategy and Innovation Management and has taught entrepreneurship at McGill University in Canada. He has authored multiple publications on strategy, conservation, and sustainable travel, and is regularly invited to speak at international events.
