Orsolya Nyárai

Orsolya Nyárai works as Programme Officer – Agriculture NbS & Policy Advocacy in the Food and Agricultural Systems team of IUCN, based in Gland, Switzerland. Through her work on knowledge products and policy advocacy, she aims to advance the uptake of sustainable agricultural approaches and the integration of Nature-based Solutions in agriculture. Before joining IUCN, Orsi worked for eight years in the private sector and for five years as agricultural policy officer at a regional environmental NGO in Hungary, actively involved in EU-level policy advocacy on agriculture and soil conservation. She holds an MSc degree in Environment Management and Policy from Lund University (Sweden).
